Crown Dale Medical Centre is a vibrant, modern general practice caring for patients in the South London boroughs of Lambeth and Croydon. Our nine doctors, three practice nurses, numerous other health professionals, IT, administration and reception staff aim to provide excellent health care when you're feeling unwell along with help and advice to stay healthy when you're feeling better.

Patient Access soon available to Crown Dale patients!
We will be introducing Patient Access to our patients in the next couple of weeks. This will allow you to view parts of your medical records, request prescriptions and book a limited number of appointments online.
Patients are reminded that a written consent is required for registering with Patient Access. Consent forms will be available at the reception in the upcoming weeks.

This is an opportunity for you to give us feedback after your visit to our practice. Please comment on any aspect of your experience.

Alternatively you can complete the questionnaire in the surgery - please ask at the reception desk or the healthcare professional you see.

Paxton Green Time Bank
“Give help and get help – Share skills, meet people and try something new”
A time bank uses an alternative currency - time instead of money. In a time bank, participants earn credits for helping each other. One hour of your time entitles you to an hour of someone else's time.
It is an exciting, different way of giving your time and by asking others get to use their skills too.
Here are some skills currently being offered or requested:
- IT and computing
- Cycle repairs
- Walking partner
- Job search help
